Scope of Work
SiTESPAN acted as the General Contractor for the conversion of existing shell space into approximately 4500 SF raised floor data center with 960 SF of mechanical corridors.
Project Detail
Converting the space into a data center included the installation of four new air conditioning units to the data center, relocation of the two existing units and integration with the existing UPS systems and power distribution units which were already sized to accommodate the expansion.
Speed to market and loss opportunity costs were a pressure point for the client. SiTESPAN partnered with the subcontractors to develop a very aggressive schedule delivering the new data hall in two months.
