At SiTESPAN, we maintain a strong culture of safety, with a sustained record of zero lost-time accidents and no OSHA-reportable incidents. Our field team dedicates over 2,400 hours annually to safety through training, planning, and engagement. Daily Job Hazard Analyses, weekly huddles, and monthly reviews ensure proactive risk management and continuous improvement. Leveraging a leading digital LMS, we track safety trends and performance, while our teams go beyond standard requirements with ongoing, role-specific certifications and specialized training.
